We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms.
2. Product Model
- The app may provide a 7-day trial period.
- After trial expiration, new records may be restricted unless purchased.
- Payments are handled by Apple under App Store terms.
3. Acceptable Use
- You may not use the app for unlawful purposes.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law.
- You are responsible for content you create (text/photos).
4. Intellectual Property
The app, including its design, icons, and software, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5. No Medical or Professional Advice
The app is a personal journaling tool and does not provide medical, legal, or professional advice.
6. Disclaimer and Limitation
The app is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the app.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
8. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the updated Terms.
